The library does not, but there are other places on campus to have documents notarized.

The Dean of Students office, in the GSU, offers notary services by appointment:

The Office of the General Counsel also provides free notary services to the Boston University community by appointment:

The University Registrar will notarize Boston University documents on a walk-in basis:

Many banks and credit unions also offer notary services, especially to their customers.
