Each eResource subscription is restricted by license to particular groups (Law, Med, and Charles River Campus). It may be that the resource you are trying to use is not available to your user group. (check your user group here)
If you are a staff member of BMC, you need to apply for a BU user name/kerberos password. Instructions are available on the Alumni Medical Library site.
