Q. How do I find journal or newspaper articles?

  Jul 08, 2019

There are multiple ways to find journal and newspaper articles through the Pardee Library:

  • Using the BU Libraries Search tool, enter your query and select a filter for the type of resource that you're looking for. From the drop-down menu that initially says "All items," choose Journals to filter by publication title, Articles for scholarly or trade journal pieces, or Newspaper Articles for news items.
  • Using the Find Business Articles and Data tool, select Articles and Journal from the first drop-down menu, then Business & Trade or Newspapers from the second. This will direct you to a list of relevant resources.
  • You may also use Factiva from our Business Databases A-Z list to access all editions of Dow Jones publications including the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and the Los Angeles Times—along with many others. All of these resources can be found under the "News Pages" tab at the top of the page. Please note that Factiva newspapers are text-only, can be browsed by section, and are current up to the last two weeks.
